What if I have food allergies?
CIVANA can accommodate most dietary needs. Be sure to include your allergies during registration, and we’ll communicate them to the resort in advance.
Is this a party trip or a chill trip?

What is the payment plan?
You can reserve your spot with a $150 deposit, then choose a flexible payment plan leading up to the retreat. Full payment is due by March 15, 2026.

Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is not required but highly recommended to protect your investment in case of emergencies, cancellations, or unexpected travel delays.
What if I don’t know anyone going?
No problem at all! Many guests come alone and leave with new lifelong friends. We design intentional group moments to help everyone feel included and connected.
Do you handle flights?
No, flights are not included. You’ll book your own flights to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). We’ll provide suggested arrival times to coordinate shared shuttle transfers smoothly.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a retreat is disappointing—but losing the money you invested makes it even harder. That’s why we strongly recommend Travel Insurance, which may cover Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Travel Delays, Baggage Loss, Medical Emergencies, and more.

TERMS & POLICIES
Making a reservation for this retreat signifies your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions:
▪️ The $150 deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt.
▪️ All payments to [Your Brand Name] for the Scottsdale retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy exists because we enter binding contracts with our resort partners and vendors, which do not allow for refunds. This helps us keep pricing competitive while offering monthly payment plans.
▪️ Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations or vendor updates.
☑️ PAYMENT TERMS
▪️ Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation unless you make larger payments toward your balance.
▪️ Your payment schedule will be outlined on your invoice. We recommend adding your due dates to your calendar.
▪️ If booking a double occupancy room, each guest is responsible for their own timely payments.
☑️ TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
▪️ A valid government-issued photo ID is required for airport transfers and resort check-in.
▪️ Non-U.S. citizens should check with local consulates to verify entry requirements into the U.S.
▪️ Your reservation must match the full legal name on your ID.
☑️ LATE PAYMENT TERMS
▪️ A $20 late fee will be applied to any payments made after the scheduled due date.
▪️ If a payment is more than 15 days past due, an additional $20 fee will be charged.
▪️ All late payment requests must be submitted in writing and approved before your final due date.
▪️ No refunds or transfers will be issued if the reservation is canceled for any reason.due.
☑️ NAME CHANGES
▪️ Name changes are permitted for a $200 fee until the final payment date.
▪️ After the final payment date, a $250 fee applies, plus any vendor-imposed charges.
