What if I have food allergies?
We can accommodate most dietary needs - just let us know your allergies or preferences when registering, and our chefs and venue staff will ensure you’re safe and cared for.
Is this a party trip or a chill trip?
This is a wellness and luxury retreat with a focus on relaxation, spa, culture, and sisterhood. Expect nourishing moments, sunset cocktails, and optional social fun - but not a party vibe.
What is the payment plan?
Secure your spot with a $350 deposit. Flexible, monthly payment plans are available all the way up to the final payment deadline.
Is this a good trip for celebrating my birthday?

Is travel insurance required?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all attendees. This ensures your peace of mind and protects you in case of unforeseen changes.

Do you handle flights?

▪️All payments to SC Luxe Travels for Glitz & GLOW: Galentine’s Take Cancun are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. This is because SC Luxe Travels has contractual agreements with hotels/resorts and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds. This policy helps us keep our package prices competitive and allows you to make monthly vacation payments.
▪️Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations.

▪️Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless you make larger payments than required by your monthly payment plan.
▪️Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We recommend adding your payment plan dates to your personal calendar to avoid missing any deadlines.
▪️You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
