Is this a party trip or a chill trip?
This is a wellness and luxury retreat with a focus on relaxation, spa, culture, and sisterhood. Expect nourishing moments, sunset cocktails, and optional social fun - but not a party vibe.
What is the payment plan?
Secure your spot with a $350 deposit. Flexible, monthly payment plans are available all the way up to the final payment deadline.
Is this a good trip for celebrating my birthday?

Is travel insurance required?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all attendees. This ensures your peace of mind and protects you in case of unforeseen changes.
What if I don’t know anyone going?
Most guests arrive solo - you’ll instantly have a supportive community. Our experiences are designed to help everyone feel included and connected from day one.
Do you handle flights?
Flights are not included or booked by us. We’re happy to advise on best arrival times and airport info (fly into Denpasar—DPS). Airport transfers are included in your package.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is bad enough, but losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we strongly recommend Travel Protection, which helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.

▪️All payments for Bali Bloom are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we have commitments with resorts and vendors. This policy enables competitive pricing and monthly payment options.

▪️ Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current, unless your plan allows for larger payments.
▪️ Payment plans are itemized in your invoice - add the schedule to your personal calendar.
▪️ Roommates must also submit timely monthly payments.
☑️ TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
▪️ Passengers are responsible for securing all travel documents. Check with consulates or visa agencies for visa and passport requirements.
▪️ Passports must be valid 6 months beyond trip dates; some countries require a full blank “VISA” page.
▪️ Information pertains to U.S. citizens; non-U.S. citizens must check entry requirements.
▪️ Reservations must match the FULL NAME as listed on your passport.
☑️ LATE PAYMENT TERMS
▪️ A $20 late payment fee applies per person after your final payment deadline, added to your reservation automatically.
▪️ Cancelled reservations for any reason are non-refundable and non-transferable.
▪️ Late payment requests must be submitted in writing and approved before the payment deadline.
▪️ Payments more than 15 days past due will accrue an extra $20 late fee.
☑️ NAME CHANGES
▪️Name changes are allowed with a $200 fee up to the final payment deadline. After the deadline, a $250 fee applies plus any additional vendor charges.
